Privacy Notice

This site collects one thing: your email address, and only if you choose to give it.

What I collect and why. If you enter your email to be notified about Still at the Crease: An Ashes Journey, I store that address for one purpose, to let you know when the book is available and to share occasional news related to it. I collect nothing else through this site.

Lawful basis. I rely on your consent, which you give by entering your email and submitting the form. You can withdraw it at any time.

How your email is handled. Addresses are held within Squarespace, the platform this site runs on, which stores the data securely on my behalf. I do not sell, rent or share your email, and I do not use it for any purpose beyond the one above.

How long I keep it. I keep your address until the book has launched and the related updates are finished, or until you ask me to remove it, whichever comes first. After that it is deleted.

Unsubscribing. Every email I send includes an unsubscribe link, and you can ask to be removed at any time using the contact address below.

Your rights. Under UK data protection law you can ask to see what I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, or object to its use. To do any of these, contact me at the address below.

Cookies. This site uses a small number of cookies to function and to understand basic visitor numbers. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
